I stayed in this PG on Feb 4th 2023(Saturday) with one of my friends reference, I gave advance 2k to the owner but when I reached there at 8 pm with my luggage they told that bed is not available so we will adjust in someone else's bed. I reached on Saturday so some of them went to there home and I stayed in those people's bed.
On Sunday I came to know that atleast 5 day's I need to adjust like that so I searched for another PG and changed on Sunday.
And when I asked for refund after deducting one day stay she said that she will refund to me. But when I asked next day she denied.
My question is that if they don't have available beds then why they took advance and said that there is a bed available. They are making double money from a single bed if that person is not available that time. And also it's too dirty and congested...
I had very bad experience with this PG.

My sister join there.....Very clean service.... giving all amenities like AC rooms,homely food, washing machine,lift, fridge every floor,hot water,24 security..... definitely paisa vasool....I recommend

A good place for stay. Located at madhapur of the hyd city. Good food available here for both vegetarian and non vegetarian too. The rooms which accommodates for nearly 250 people and available. Free and big Parking place is there ..
Owner too mych but room more convient ..
