I came with extremely painful wisdom tooth. Doctor was quick to diagnose and within 15-20 minutes she painlessly removed my wisdom tooth. I had no pain after the treatment. Very happy with their hospitality. Thank you.

Very bad experience. One of the worst business practices. Highly money oriented. Even the staff's behavior is ridiculous regarding the consultation fees. Will suggest not to visit this clinic. Dr. Lavanya- behave like a professional. I have never told the receptionist THAT I PAID THRU QR WITHOUT PAYING. PLEASE CHECK YOUR CCTV CAM ONCE. I paid 500 bucks for consultation fees first. She had to return 100 bucks as the fee is 400 bucks. But she had no currency changes. I suggested for payment thru QR codes and asked her to return my 500 bucks. Your receptionist denied to return my 500 bucks as she tried to bluff me and behaved like she is doing business. At this time you were busy with another patient without completing my case. And your receptionist behaves as if she is a dentist and I got prescription written by your receptionist instead of you. Who is bluffing Dr. Lavanya? CAN YOU ASK YOUR RECEIPTIONIST HOW SHE WAS BEHAVING TO THE PATIENT AT THE DESK? PATIENT AS A THIEF OR AS A PATIENT???
