Pathetic place. I paid 17000 to stay in a place for one night and didn't even slept there properly. Booked the place for 36 nights for my stay at India. The place was not as per standard service apartment. It is like a flat not professional service apartment. The care taker don't understand English or Hindi. The same price I found a properly maintained service apartment with professional people. We arrived in night and there was no soap, handwash, towel. No professionalism, no food from service apartments. Are you supposed to buy towels and soap while on your way to service apartment? When asked I was told by the guy that I would have bought it tomorrow. So don't bathe or even get fresh till the kind people buy it for you or you travel with soap and handwash :). When I asked for return of money as the place is not as per our expectation and we have been fooled the guy told there is someone called Tanveer who is saying I will just get 6000 from my 20000 I paid to them and the agent who booked also took 3000 as he booked additional TV for me. I ended up spending 17000 for the place where I couldn't even sleep. The bedsheet/pillow cover were like home. Pillow cover was stinking like sweat. The locality is far from mainroad and there is no proper road to the place. The flat is surrounded by Men's PG and not recommended for Family. I didn't liked the place and with same money I actually got a very nice service apartment with nice locality and professional people. I feel cheated on my experience but got a lesson which wanted to share. I have attached email confirmation from Future service apartment

We did not like the maintenance. The restroom in left side bedroom does not have a door lock in operational condition. Air conditioning machines are in working condition. I personally did not like the quality of bed sheets. They are not maintaining proper clean dishes in kitchen. Finding the apartment in google is also little confuse but it will take you to the nearest location or apartment. Getting food through Swiggy or foodpanda is also little difficult. Because we need to guide them to locate the apartment . Better to always remember Apartment names near to this apartment to guide easily. If you are stick to price this one is okay. If you need water bottle please carry enough bottles with You. They won’t provide quality towels. Better to bring shampoo and soap. These people are not professionals in this business.

It's a nice place to stay with Family . And middle in the city to view sight seeing... I love it ... bcoz rooms are cleaned very well and respected staff, finally I have to tell Tq to the MANAGER Mr.Saikrishna, he was such good person and good manner with others... God bless u sai.
