Amazing spacious residential society and community. Very few buildings in Hyderabad have parking facilities but the Flora goes beyond that, they have wonderful parking space and very large connected underground areas even for separate buildings on the ground... They all park in the same large space. It's nicely located and has various amenities.

Very slow in completing the amenities promised.
We have purchased a flat from Aryamitra ananda homes(Ozone heights-Tellapur) 3 years back and was promised the landscaping, clubhouse and amenities would be complete and operational in the next 6 months during our purchase.
It’s been 36months since our purchase and they still say it takes another 4 months every-time we ask them.
The irony is that the club house was already constructed when we bought the flat, they just don’t want to finish the work. Do you atleast intend to complete the work?

I just observed the reviews and realised through google profile picture(which has ananda homes logo) that all the positive reviews are by his employees.
