I had a sports injury (knee injury) due to which I was in severe pain and couldn't fold my leg. I approached FLY for therapy sessions and attended them regularly. It greatly improved my injury and helped me walk normally. I trust and recommend them completely with any sort of therapy and injury related issues. They have a holistic approach to healing.
After that I also attended their Ariel yoga classes on weekends and it fun and relaxing especially for my spine.

The trainers are skilled and friendly, offering various styles and levels. In just 2.5 months, I've become more flexible and less lazy. The positive changes I've experienced since joining have exceeded my expectations, both physically and mentally. Fly Yoga Studio is a transformative experience for mind, body, and spirit. Highly recommended!

Yoga is a set of physical,mental, and spiritual exercises. It seeks to calm and discipline the mind. I have joined FLY studio for Thyroid problem. By practicing yoga and meditation here, these problems were cured. FLY studio gave me confidence in Life that I can lead life peacefully........
