the doctor quotes different price during consultation while at billing the price is increased without any notice by 3000 to 5000 for any procedure at the outpatient centre. Like in dermatology, plastic surgery dept & dentistry. The procedures are done by some one else. we are visiting CARE for the brand, we are paying for the doctor to get treated by them not by some juniors who are experimenting on patients. patients are not lab rats to get experience for juniors or outsiders.

Most insensitive doctor at emergency ward has asked the patient who had surgery in 2 hours to wait outside in the lobby, though I informed them that the patient needs rest as he is in trauma ..

So finally we managed to sleep in car ,informed customer care and they felt bad for it but no action has been taken.

CARE hospitals have care just in name...I think it has become a govt hospital now.

Very bad experience this time. Here is what happend.

I took 3.30 pm appointment for Friday through call center. Called them at 1 pm or some thing . Consultation with Dr. Anudeep Reddy.

I was on 101-103 fever and on a hot hyd sunny day. Call Center said old building 1st floor . Once I enquired at old building reception came to know it’s 1st floor on new building which is opd building backside. Walked on hot sun for few min.

Reached opd 1st floor lobby reception at 3.20 pm and got vitals at 3.35 pm. The vitals report which was supposed to be given to doc . The arrogant, lazy nursing staff misplaced it . Because of it and after constant ask they sent me to doc aft 20 -30 min. Now I was on 100-102 fever . Doc don’t have my vitals report. He just spoke to me and got details.

Doc - He does not give courtesy, no empathy and no sorry for his or his staff behaviour towards me. Then seems doc is not confident on his advices and recommendations.

All of you know that now aft 1.5 days my fever is reduced, not because of doc consultation, medications or his confidence boost or guidance but just taking Crocin and sleeping.

Just out of afraid I visited hospital if it could be anything serious.

Over all here are feedback which hospital management need to consider otherwise their regular customers also will stop coming there. Previously I had good experience but this time very very bad.

1. Call Center knowledge on doc exact consulting place.
2. Call Center empathy towards customer concern.
3. Honor your appointment time and give respect to customer time and money.
4. Teach your reception and bill desk how to give courtesy and empathy to customer and how to complete their work soon and not be lazy and follow up on appointments.
5. Nursing staff misplacing and not giving importance to customer appointment time. Then what is use of taking appointments instead tell us it’s walk in, then customer will not have any expectation.
6. Teach ur staff- billing, nursing, physicians saying sorry if they do mistake and they are late . In my case it’s very late . After multiple follow ups on top of 101 fever , they sent me to doc.
7. Doc - courtesy, empathy and creating confidence on customer on guidance. If you don’t know then refer me to different doc.
8. Doc- asked to take blood tests and send me reports on what’s app. I took blood tests on doc advice Saturday morning and got reports Saturday evening and shared to doc what’s app number on Sunday ~10 am. Now it’s Monday 12 pm and still haven’t got response. Called Monday morning to phone number but no response.

Doc is supposed to see my blood test reports and tell me it’s seasonal flu or malaria or anything else.

9. Lobby area and area near pharmacy has lot of mosquitos , a lot. Remember you are a hospital.
10. Pharmacy don’t have Crocin, no Xanadu balm or any balm.
11. Some customers in lobby are coughing . Either billing or nursing or docs roaming around or pharmacists don’t give a damn . They can provide mask to those coughing customers or suggest to wear one. It’s flu time in hyd and hospital management is so careless.

12. Learn giving respect to customer time and money.
