Excellent gym with proper equipments and proper training according to your needs. Arun Sir provides proper and dedicated training and teaches you very good workouts. Gym has a very cool vibe. The equipments are also very premium.

Hi , I joined 4 months back ,due to my health Issue to improve Muscle strength and weight loss programming . It was amazing my muscle strength is lot improved . Earlier I was unable to hold not even 2 kgs of product/Item weight . But know I am able to do it , and holding more than 2kgs. As my observation lot of changes in my health improvement . Every day My Gym Trainer (Arun) is guiding me different type of exercises according to the type of health issue in better manner what exercise is supported with type of equipment.
