Overall it is good, only thing is for total of 50 flats the lift is toooo small as it can accommodate 3-4 people max...
Rooms are spacious but from each room window you can see neighbour's window which means you ll have no privacy with open windows...which kind of sucks

This place is a decent residential stay with calm surroundings for front side flats. There is always construction work disturbing peace for flats on the back side. Has got covered parking space. This place is having just one lift and no proper drainage system which becomes a nightmare for residents. No major amenities in place similar to any other residential apartment with 50 flats. Just has a small lawn and a badminton court in place. Terrace is not accessible as well for residents. Phone network is also poor in the interior part of flats. However, you get wifi connection from Jio and ACT in the building.

Very peaceful area and society is very good. Well maintained.
Building area is very big. Security guard is available 24×7 along with care taker. CCTV cameras are also installed for better security.
