Overall good, much less wait time than the main center in Madhapur. Came around 11:30am and had to wait a little over an hour, but then my update was taken care of with no issue. Staff was good, process was clear: go inside, take a form which has a number on it, fill the form and give it back, then wait for your name/number to be called. Can check to find out what number is in progress to estimate the wait time .

When they made the update, I appreciated that I could see on the screen exactly what was typed and had a chance to verify all the details. I came for address update, and they also took a new photo. When done, they gave printed receipt with the details that will get updated, good to have for record.

Note they close for lunch from 2-3pm. There is an old photo here in Google reviews showing lunch timings 1:30-2:30, but now it is 2-3.

Excellent. The lady was very polite and patiently answering everybody's questions. My job was over in half an hour. Very good experience not expected at all.

This place has basic furniture. There are no chairs for the visitors to sit on. It's too hot and no fan was provided. There's just one employee handling about 15 people at any given time. She handled well. The aadhaar update took just 10 mins after an hour's wait.
