The best one for all type of things... I literally want suggest to visit this store.. all types of ingredients, Vegetables,fruits ,rice , dals ect all are available at one place.. start market..????❤️

Star Market is a Tata and Tesco enterprise which is a one-stop solution. Unlike D-Mart, Star Market have very limited products of every category.

Vegetables are fresh and Groceries quality is good with decent price points. We'll find a lot of Tata products in this store but doesn't contain other noticeable branded packaged products. The sections are not segregated well and there's hardly any staff to guide. The non-veg counter is great. I tried mutton - amazing quality, loved it. They have a in-built Zudio, to shop wearables. The staff at the billing counters needs to speed up, they literally take forever to scan the products huh! There's no facility to take along the cart towards our vehicle, we're supposed to carry everything by our own.

I would love to appreciate the management for making use of the paper bags for packaging instead of plastic bags!

Bad refresh

I agree star was the best in vanasthalipuram 2 years back ( gave 5 stars in this same review) no doubt but now it's worse than I could imagine.

Very poor shopping experience. Just try to buy a dozen varieties of veggies and get them billed. it takes more than 30 min! ( 1 counter 1 person who knows half the codes for wt )
ratnadeep has wt machines at the counter itself.
Understaffed , poor management.
Lazy service , half the staff are as clueless as you are.
Crowded , zudio clothing covers more space than the groceries.
the product range is TRASH !! i repeat Trash...all i could see were TATA products along side a very few brands just for name sake.

*Experience - Billing computer hung up midway , so I had to empty 4 full bags of groceries and repack them myself (packed them twice ).
Meanwhile the manager ( who responded after 10 full min ...) when i asked Could you arrange someone to help .. his response...i have to go have lunch.
Customer service...in the manhole !

This isn't a good supermarket, it's not even equivalent to the one next to local vegetable market . I would have got things faster there and efficiently .
