Firstly horrible experience, i booked after function completed need to go vijayawada so i booked via oyo room and paid via online (for 1 person ) @12.50am, when i went to hotel they rejected to give room because they demanded extra amount, so late night i also agreed to pay (before that i called to oyo they not responded), at the time of morning checkout one guy in the hotel behaviour very rudily(literally like life threating ) to give 5 star rating, but i mention oyo app not their in the phone but he not listend he taken my phone and checked the phone then he leave us. i complain to oyo no proper resopnse received, if your planning to go hotel be brave they will harras like anything.

One of the most worst hotel receptionist i had ever came across..Poor check in experience.he is too demanding extra money other then the price which i booked..he doesn’t know how to speak with customers..he is so cheap value less brut..he is so arrogant i had lost my value and money because of such poor receptionist..
Oyo need to remove this hotel from its accreditation it will lose OYO worth.

Hello All,

On the eve of 31st December we have booked the room from Oyo platform, however they charged 500₹ extra stating it's new year eve booking is high and the new rates were not reflected on Oyo. Upon arrival at the room how one can charge and there is no information to us, so with no option left we were forced to pay the amount.

The rooms were also tint without any table or extra space to keep the belonging
Wash room is also in worst condition
