We bought a 3BHK house recently in this apartment and must honestly say that the quality of the construction is at top notch. We were well treated and was well informed regarding the development of the apartment since it's foundation stage at a regular interval.
The price quoted by the developer was also very nominal and they facilitated a smooth hand over.
