I absolutely love this women's gym! The personal training sessions have been instrumental in helping me achieve my fitness goals. The trainers are knowledgeable, supportive, and push me to do my best. The environment is clean, welcoming, and has a positive vibe. Highly recommended!

Rhock Health is a good Gym to shape your body and healthy lifestyle. Good assistance from trainers and equipments are adequate. Separate gym for women in the ground floor is a plus. Rates are cheaper than other gyms.

Best gym in Tirunelveli. I was under obese class 3 when I joined here.Trainer saranya was very helpful throughout my journey & she has given me customised workout . I have lost around 17kgs in 5 months with customized workouts.
