It’s a wonderful place to get the best training for Hata Yoga in and around Salem. Saranya’s clear instructions and dedication make a real difference. She is very kind and gently motivates everyone to make this practice their routine. I felt amazing after completing Angamardana. This place has a lot of positive vibes. The moment you enter I could feel the energy. It’s been a week since I completed it. I feel great and I am active throughout the day.

I practiced Surya kriya on March 2023.The regular practice gives me very strong physical and mental health.i feel this is one of the standard yoga teaching class in Salem.

I did Shambavi and i was looking for some hatha yoga program to be done.After research only one hatha yoga teacher in my city salem.I booked for a weekend Surya Kriya class and I am still practising it after 4 months with shambavi daily.
I am proud of this studio in my town and i wish akka to continue this work for our town.
