Im writing to bring to your attention a concern i had during my recent visit, i purchased fried chicken from your restaurant upon consuming it, i discoved that the chicken appeared to be old and not of expected quality.
never buy for children from this branch.
Dont visit this highway branch u wil get food poison

Worst ever experience. This should never be called a KFC. KFC should investigate their taste and cancel their license. Taste is equal to a road side shop. Patty was not cooked well. French fries were rubbery. They made french fries with rotten potatoes.

I had a disappointing experience at the KFC store largely due to the rude behavior of the branch manager. From the moment I entered the store, it was evident that customer service was not a priority. We wanted to have some light food and drink.. initially they told, shop opens at 11 o clock.. we were there at 10:50.. she didn't even allow us to get inside the stores and sit.. she made faces..
The manager's attitude was unprofessional and unwelcoming. I was met with a dismissive tone and a lack of willingness to assist. This was not only off-putting but also reflected poorly on the overall customer experience.

It's disheartening to see a manager, who should set an example for the staff, behaving so poorly.

Customer service is a crucial aspect of any dining experience, and a rude manager can tarnish the reputation of an otherwise well-established chain like KFC. I hope that the management takes steps to address this issue, as it significantly impacts the overall perception of the brand.
