Reasons to avoid this property if u r going along with friends:
1. U can't make any noise at all. Even if u speak loudly the caretaker sitting outside will come n warn u. Forget about going n enjoying on terrace.
2. Don't order food from them, it's costly and tasteless.
3. If they give u early check-in that doesn't mean it's complimentary, they will ask u to check-out immediately after 23 hours and charge u for every half an hour that u stay there longer.
4. The caretaker was a supervisor trying to control u by all means.
5. Costly and clean property but no fun at all.

If you are looking for 101 reasons to ruin your vacation... kindly choose this... let me put some of the reasons why you should choose this spot for ruining your vacation...

1. Worst customer service you can ever have..
2. Worst condition of appliances and living space provided.(smelly cots and improperly functioning A/C
3. Worst swimming pool you can choose on a sunny day..
4. Not worth the money you are going to spend... Too much priced...
5 . And so on...I cannot type them all.

Even after if you are going to stay here.. pls don't pay them first go and take a look and if you are satisfied.. go on.

We made a mistake of paying them full amount early.
