Poor Service. No emergency preparedness. Today(03.11.2023) early morning bus (Bus No TN05CC1125) met with accident near to Trichy. Driver has been taken to hospital but YBM crew team also left the spot and Passengers are left at the spot(road) no alternate vehicle or support arranged by the YBM team. No phone response on the no provided. Not even courtesy call from YBM. Felt worried as a passenger believing these private bus operators.We stopped a government bus and started our travel again.

I am very sad to say about ur bus service YBM.

Travelling from chennai to Neyyattinkara

Bus driver was so rude and very arrogant. I have not seen this kind of behaviour so far with any driver.

I couldn't suffer my pain of urinal stone. While the Bus has stopped near by trichy for a passenger leaving from the bus.... I suddenly get down from my sleeper and moved to driver cabin, and i asked to the driver 'i need to pee right now.. Plz allow me get down the bus for pee... But the driver was shouted to me..'its not the place for pee' other passengers are watching his(driver) shout sound, that time quietly the driver allow me for pee.... So plz i requesting to the MD of YBM travels
, there is lot of passengers from different societies,travelling in your bus...Sir u plz must Try to convince your driver, and ask them... ➡️Passenger are not comforted for the primary needs...like (toilet needs).
➡️Try to understand what passengers needed
➡️if the passenger need the toilet, plz stop the bus suddenly nearby safely.
➡️Passengers are our asset. So pls respect the passengers..
➡️Behavior is important..

##Other problems

*Head set is not working properly.
*Plz clean Ac vents of the bus
*couldn't adjust AC to my face.
*Fix fire extinguisher to the proper place
*clutch smells feels the last sleeper... Thats why couldn't sleep.

Bus Break down at 2.30am, the sapre bus is arranged at next day morn 7.30am.. Whole mid night stayed on road side..
