Few weeks back I came in chennai to madurai 11.30 pm benz which comes from hyderabad. They blankets are not clean, used ones are given. Rattling noise was there. Bus looks too old and not cleaned properly. The bus suppose to go upto periyar bus stand, suddenly cleaner said tyre puncture. To my knowledge I checked nothing was there.
Off late no new buses seen in perveen, cleaning to be given special care. Drivers are good

Very very worst...in bus thare is no Jacky and tools...tyre condition very worst as wel as spare tyre also.. staff also not responding...

Really disappointed with their services.
The website said Benz bus and hence we booked it from Madurai to Chennai Egmore.
The bus was in the worst condition and around 3am the AC went off and we were shifted to a non AC sleeper bus.
This new bus had very rude staff who drove us to Koyambedu and then left us there. After a brief fight with the driver, they arranged a new bus to Egmore.
Many other bus services in Madurai have actual Mercedes Benz buses in amazing conditions compared to Parveen's worst Bharat Benz buses.
