Extremely overcrowded. This place lack infrastructure to handle this much influx of tourists. Police was deployed to ensure safety measures but people were reckless. Definitely same place in off season would had been lovely and enjoyable. Kanyakumari could be even more beautiful place and has potential.

This is a unique beach where you witness the sangam of three seas- Bay of Bengal, Indian Ocean and Arabian Sea. It is considered holy to take a dip here. However the beach has been dirtied by the tourist and vendors alike. There should be restriction on sale of food items at the beach and the vendors should be made responsible for collection of litter. Otherwise a must for visiting tourist and the most bubbly place in Kanyakumari. Must visit the Vivekananda temple on the beach.

What an amazing and heart warming experience to be at India’s southernmost point ???? Just watching the waves filled my heart with gratitude.. please visit and experience the power of wind and rhythm of water!

The beach is quite small, enough to walk down and wash your feet and even take a sip (but not too far into the ocean). There are a lot of street stalls selling snacks and soda.
