Very good arrangements in the rooms.
Only one thing is missing.
There is no any service. You have to manage fooding and etc by yourself.
They only provide one time room cleaning service in 24 hours.

Room service was poor. Most of the time the reception was vacant. Hot water wasn't available 24 hours, waited for hours which messed up our whole plan for the day. Bedsheets were dirty on arrival and had to replace them. Even though the building is new, it is not properly maintained. Car parking was far from the stay and the way towards it is very narrow.

Nice hotel. Hotel is near to sunrise point(900m),our-lady of ransom shrine, Kanyakumari bhagvathi temple, sri venkateswara perumal temple.
Rather than booking in online, prefer direct booking at residency.
And there is a best restaurant named zam-zam which is just 500 meters.
