Location of this hotel is indeed great and rooms are fine as expected from Oyo. However, My experience here was not that good.
First of all there is no lift in this hotel, so if you have trouble climbing stairs then make sure you call before and reserve a ground floor room as per them.
Initially, one of the room that was given to us was not properly cleaned, dustbin was on top of sink, bedsheets were torn. After asking to change, they brought up bedsheets with similar condition. We asked for a room change due to the stair issue and we were asked to pay ₹50/- to attendant because of cleaning, which was already clean.
Attendant they have is interested in only tip you can offer. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel.

It's not worth for even 1 star. Room & toilet are not clean. Spider webs on ceiling. Toilet is too small and having foul smell. No toiletries provided. No bath towels provided. Lights are not working properly. AC air outlet is too dirty. We felt itchy from the unwashed bedcover and comforter. Bare Electrical wires tangled and hanging from wall/ceiling. No lift available. Windows very hard to lock. Wall paint peeled off in many areas. Wardrobes are dirty and very old fashioned. Corridor is too hot as the AC outdoor units are placed within the closed corridor.

A decent stay near to Kanyakumari beach. Some hotels near to sunrise point charges 1100+ for non ac - common bathroom rooms! Here you will get AC room for 750 and the hotel facing to sunrise direction also. You will get sea view from terrace area.

Hotel manager is providing good service with decent manners! Water bottle & Soap/toiletries not provided. Tv with limited channels and AC is perfectly cooling.
