It was a wonderful experience to stay in Hotel Ocean Heritage. As a family with kids, we found the hotel to be very accommodating and perfect for our needs. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the amenities provided were top-notch.

What impressed me the most was the responsiveness of your staff. They were always available to answer our queries and solve any issues we faced. It made our stay much more comfortable and hassle-free.

Apart from being a great choice for families, I also think your hotel is ideal for solo travelers. The location is convenient and the facilities are well-suited for those traveling alone.

Overall, I would highly recommend your hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Thank you for providing such a wonderful experience.

CHEATS and LIARS in the guise of the hotel staff who stop answering your number if you ask for help.

The staff is extremely dishonest. I forgot my ring in the bathroom of the hotel and they did not give it back to me. Denied that there wasn't any later. I did promise to give some reward if they would give it to me since it was my wedding ring. However, they blatantly lied about not having it there. I spoke to the Manager about my issue who gave me a later time to speak to the owner. However, every time I try to reach them now, they would simply not pick the phone up.

If you want to build your business, you need to be honest with your clients. Else, they will always have a bad memory of their stay with you.

Also, the amenities weren't good. For the most basic toiletries like soap and shampoo and towels too, they had to be reminded about providing the same.

They'll rob you of your things plus will keep asking you for tip when you're leaving their hotel, up until you sit in your car. The STAFF is SUPER ANNOYING overall.

Rooms are nice and clean.
However, service is very poor. Their restaurant is closed. Their staff don't speak English or Hindi so we were told there's no room service. Manager later said staff doesn't know the language so they couldn't communicate something as basic as availability of room service. Had to remind 3 times to get toilet paper and it took them 4 hours.
Overall there's tons of options and you're better off some other place.
