The hotel is a small one. We have taken an air conditioned quadruple room (having 2 double bed). They charged ₹3,750 per night basis. I think compared to the service, the price is quite higher. The bathroom is spacious but the shower was not operating properly and there is no exhaust fan in the bath.

Cons : (1) away from main city - 1.7 km and inside a small lane,
(2) service is very poor, only a lady staff available,
(3) there is no one for supplying water at the room, we had to fill the bottle from kitchen,
(4) no land phone in the rooms
(5) quadruple room was very small, just enough to place 2 beds,
(6) no service boy available.

Not handled by professional, inexperienced, typical family mentality of savings. Though they have big genset they just cutoff power of AC and filter water. They don't smile first of all.

We stayed here with family & kids for a night and booked a hall, 2 rooms with 1 bed in one room and 2 beds in the other room . Rooms are ok, bed sheets were clean, and spring mattress beds are provided.

This is not a farm house, but a residential plot converted to a hotel. It has a small garden/play area as shown in the photos. Room and garden photos are genuine. Location is good, as it is away from the chaos of the main city, but at the same time it is not too far from the Vivekananda rock and statue.

The manager of the hotel is helpful and speaks Hindi.
The only issue that we faced there were ???? in the room. They gave us mosquito repellent agarbattis which were effective. One of the room geysers was not working but then who needs hot water for shower in Tamil Nadu. One thing is that they should provide more doormats as it gets wet and doesn't dry up quickly.
