The view is good though it wad very foggy and we didn't get to enjoy it as much as we thought we would. Interestingly, the site was once named Suicide Point which gave it a grim history.
It’s literally a 15 feet long 4 feet high wall with solid jaillike iron bars because some couples had decided it was a good place to jump to their death (hence the old name suicide point).
When we visited, the weather was cool so it was very foggy and there was no view to be seen. Nonetheless, even if it was a clear day, I doubt we would have enjoyed as it felt like a jail with the iron bars.

Green Valley View point alias Sucide point as called by locals has a beautiful view of mountains.
Place is full of shops for chocolate, other items. Tried hot chocolate with dark chocolate and it was great.
Parking space is limited and might be difficult over the weekend.
It was raining in the afternoon and prefer to carry umbrella.
