Good to go with one plus products. Worth buying. And the support from one plus store is awesome. Every time I visited there and the response was always the same. Good customer experience center.

Worst support ever from one plus.
After the android 13 updates My oneplus 8T screen was affected by pink line. when i approached oneplus store at prozone mall they are not ready to give clear answer also service person in the desk saying you can use this with pinkline it will not disburb your regular usage. when i asked for the solution they are asked me to wait for 2 months because there is sortage for screen display.

My question is if you can't give support service then why you want to sell the model?

I am waiting here for more than 10 min. No one came and attended me. I am writing this review from the store at 2.55 pm , 11 /01/2022. Very bad experience. They kept on doing their personal work on their mobile. I thought of getting a nord for my mom. They are enjoying their salary for free. I am also an entrepreneur, if i have employees like this I would have fired them right away. Anyways you have missed my sale.
