1) First of all, 1 Star is for the service.
Yes, it can take delays and if informed it can be understood. But when i went yesterday to the shop to buy food, after placing the order the store people said i will get my order in 15 minutes. After waiting 25 minutes i went to the store enquried about the status of my order for which i was told i will get everything in 5 more minutes. Okay accepted. But meanwhile i saw a who were quarreling about cancelling the order because they were no more hungry. Then i realized that the store is mis-managed even though it is well staffed for the run. Then in next 5 minutes i received a part of my order ( I ordered nonveg combo of 4 plain biryani, Pita bread, Full grill chicken and Rose sharbat, Mint lemonade + Veg mini combo that contains veg roll and french fries ). To receive my remaining order i waited for 5 more minutes. So it would have been better if they said that the order might have a delay and to wait half an hour and more.

2) Secondly, the food was worst, the so called plain biryani was just the rice with some mixture of masalas mostly can feel the raw taste with insufficient amount if raitha and kurma. The grill was good though but if it is eaten with biryani it doesnt combine well.
Special mention for the rose sharbat, it was like adding "Rooh Afza" mixture to water with some sugar.

Totally not worthy for the money spent and i wish if i had a chance to talk to the higher management i can convey my concerns formally.

The food quality is so bad, I ordered for chicken biriyani and the taste was so normal.

I personally feel they are just reusing old food by pre heating it. The rice was so stiff and felt like rubber.

I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I have ordered lemon chicken briyani 310.00 with worth quantity.

Hariyali chicken tikka 325.00, but served only 5 pieces.

Pros: Nothing, not good at taste.
Cons: price is high for chicken starters and the whole chicken we can get it 300.00 rupees and serving only 5 pieces is not worth.

Not recommend to others.
