Purchased 4 Gold Rings with stone. After buying within 2 weeks one of the stone fell off, I went back to the store and got it fixed and after 1 week the same stone falls off again. I ask why this keeps happening and the manager there simply says that stone rings are not meant to be wore on a daily basis and to wear it only occasionally. My mom has been wearing Gold Rings with stone for a decade now and not one stone had fallen off of the ring. So my total purchase from Kirtilals is basically a waste of money as my wife is unable to wear them. These companies don't value the hard earned money we put in purchasing Gold. I would never buy anything else from them and would not recommend others to waste their precious hard earned money on them as well.

Excellent experience. Very courteous staffs!
Collections were simply awesome. Parking facility was excellent.
The safety measures took due to the pandemic was good.
Overall a very good experience!!
