Worst customer experience. Average products for costly price. Rude behaviour

Staffs working inside especially Aishwarya aka Aishu , behive like they know everything and never consider our opinions . They don't let us finding a shade , even if we ask them for a particular undertone they will show u the one which is expensive and there comes their cheap attitude , they will hide the shades which is low in price . Moreover the girl I mentioned , shout at the customers or raise her voice . Even if ure polite , they aren't very much hospitable . In case of finding a jewellery, they don't show u stuffs which is in budget , even a small choker which has some artisan works , costs above 2000 bucks . The Manager is wreckless and he doesn't know whom to concur with , the customers or the staffs . Without hearing from either side , he will ask us to compromise and go . I don't know why he is even there as a Manager . There is one lady ( Idk know her name ) but tall and gigantic will ask us not even to address any issues with their staffs . It is good to treat their staffs in a better way and at the same time , if without customers , you can't sell a single thing . They loot us a lot of money in the form of selling gold covering . People can purchase even better things from Townhall or if ure up for a travel , Sowcarpet or Mylapore is better . Worthless , old fashioned gold covering items are stored and maintained in higher prices there . If anyone visiting the shops , staffs who come indulge in your matters when u know what you are upto buy , tell them at their face mind your business . Let them not be involved and
let them not convincing you to buy stuffs that's more costly than the one you were about to buy . It is economical for them but not at all for us . To that attitudic Girl Aishu , your behaviour is not even worth a 0.5 star and try to change that attitude wherever you go . Mind your own business and don't poke your nose everywhere u sniff ????????

Very very worst behavior and customer service. They never consider our opinion shout at the customer cheap attitude please don't go that shop
