I met manjula who had an amazing knowledge on suggesting glasses which I didn't find any many stores. Above all she was able to meet the timelines with no delay infact she went beyond my expectations and delivered it before time. We all need such people who can make the customer journey pleasant

I lost my prescription glasses and had a scheduled visit to Chennai preplanned and did not get my new pair in time before my trip. So i took a pair lying at home for the last 3 years with its hinges broken hoping i can fix the hinge & use it temporarily while at Chennai. A friend of mine suggested Vijaya Optical House at Anna Nagar and within 10 minutes they were able to fix the hinge to perfection nearly new. I was impressed and since the lens was old and i had a new prescription i decided to get the lens updated. I received it the next day and again i was impressed with the quality of the lens used Crizal Rock . I have never used a lens this clear.
