First of all, would like to wholeheartedly thank the hospital staffs and management for helping my wife deliver our second baby. Though my wife’s was a caesarean but i could see so many normal deliveries which is great.

Doctor Uma was great throughout the pregnancy and delivery. The staffs were courteous and respectful. No shoutings or harassment like other hospitals. Would like to specially thank Nurse Varsha and Nurse Mufita from Labour ward section, 3rd floor who took of my kid very kindly and sincerely after the delivery. Was very pleased with them. Would definitely recommend this hospital for the delivery and after delivery care.

Coming to the cons:
1. The hospital premises does not have a parking. You would have to park on the road and pay Rs.20/-. The chennai corporation personnel who is posted to collect the parking charges is such a menace and dumb. So park at your cost else park in the nearby street where it is free.
2. The security personnel in the building sometimes feel like they are harassing you in the name of limiting the unnecessary people in the building. Since, there is no parking in the premises, you got to leave the patient first and then enter the building later. The securities at entrance, ground floor, first floor, second floor and even on the floor, harass you with questions often. Like you have come to loot stethoscope, syringes etc. jokes apart, sometimes they bother u very much.
3. The canteen in the hospital premises is very basic. The lunch being offered for Rs 90/- is not worth it. The breakfast is average too. There are no near by hotels but a walk of 100m will get you some good food.
4. The attenders are not allowed inside the labour room. The attenders do not get any room but a bigger open hall which gets very cold in the night. You got to bring your own stuffs to lie down on the floor. Hope they provide some benches atleast for the attenders to lie in the night. It would make justice for the price they charge. Even if it takes 2-3 days, you would have to sleep on the floor of the hall(pic attached).

Happy to say that this hospital takes good care in addressing your feedbacks. I had a feedback regarding neonatal care room and it was rectified after they followed it up with me. Kudos for the same and super impressed with that.

If not for, no parking, securities harassment and not so good food in canteen and no room for attenders, i would have given 5 stars.

The care extended by all the hospital staff was great. The doctors who performed the surgery, duty doctors were very professional and friendly. Explained the procedure in a detailed manner and made us feel reassured. The hospital cleanliness standard is excellent with the housekeeping staff cleaning the rooms twice a day, replacing garbage covers twice a day, cleaning the closet everyday. The nurses who attended to us were very kind and cooperative. Would definitely recommend this hospital to our friends and family circle.

One of the most renowned hospitals with excellent experienced specialists in various fields. We received guidance and treatment for pregnancy ( gynaecology) from Dr. Tara. Her experience and expertise are true to the hype around her name. A sincere doctor who pushes for normal delivery over c- section. Clean and tidy hospital with care in every field.
