Greetings from Ranganayagy,

13 days journey on this ularail was a fruitful experience. Right time services and special preferences for the aged people, who covers the majority of the population.
Special thanks (cudoz) to Mr. Ebanezar, our couch manager (B5) for his care and support all time. Inspite of taking us allover the places, he inflicted more information about the places that we were about to visit. Thank you sir for your wonderful guidance, wishing you the best for the future journey.
Special mention to Mr. Sendhil another coach manager for helping me out with proper medications when I was sick.
Few suggestions that I would like to address are;
1. Food; was sometimes worst and spoilt, which was a 1st class drawback, rice can be cooked still more to avoid grainy feel.
2. Management can ease out crowd in temples by prebooking tickets for the yatri's at every temples beforehand. So that ularail can attract more passengers in future.

Very nice tour for 13 days for navajothilinga. Our tour manager Mr.srinivasan was very kind and friendly.
