Parents went Mukthinath tour package in May 2023. This Travel times deserves minus 10 rating. Waste of money (Lucknow to Lucknow 47000 per person), time, health and no guarantee for life with the arrangements they make. They spoke very nicely until we paid money. Once paid they never bother about the arrangements.

1. Initially the guide Prahaladhan from Bangalore told to pick up from Bangalore railway station to drop at airport to catch Lucknow flight. 2 days before the trip he was not responding and the Madurai people were telling they already knew he would not come and asked my parents go on their own until Lucknow. Since it was last minute even i could not do much.

2. No one from Travel times came with the group or accompanied. Over phone all the passengers were handed over to a different agent called Ramar from Nepal. On reaching Lucknow, they were transferred in a worst vehicle like municipal garbage lorry in which they had to travel nearly 10 hours to reach their 1st rest point.

3. After a ruckus by all passengers they agreed to change the vehicle and upgarded to corporation lorry instead of municipal lorry. While booking they mentioned to provide Ac Tempo traveler.

4. The agent Ramar hired a very cheap substandard vehicle in which there was no basic safety even. On the way to Nepal the vehicle started making huge noise and after passengers compulsion they stopped to check the vehicle. One of the wheels was running with only 2 nuts instead of 6 and they were travelling in minimum 1000 feet height and the road condition need not be mentioned. My parents were fearing for life. And the driver and agent wanted to run it again by just replacing with one nut from each other wheels. Since everyone refused they repaired for 3 to 4 hours. While returning from Nepal so called AC was not working and again all passengers were left on road with luggages in mid of the narrow highway lanes for 5 hours to repair it.

5. Food through out the trip was worst. Many places they provided food half cooked and with huge delay. Agent arranged food from dirty road side Dhaba. But the driver and agent had made many pitstops for their food at good convenient places.

6. Hotels were very mediocre and the cost paid was literally huge. Lucknow to Lucknow it was 47000 per person which was huge waste of money. Friend of mine spent only less than half this money from chennai.

7. There was no one responsible available to speak or make a complaint about. One person called Ananth a guide number was given who rarely picks calls and never accepts any problems. One night they were not providing dinner until 11 pm still he was defending when i called him.

8. After receiving money no one seriously bothered about anything. Not suitable for anyone especially senior citizens. They just collect lot of money and hand over people to some cheap agent and forget about the whole event.
Since there are so many repairs and stops they had to skip few places or just marked attendance as visited.
Send someone in this travels if you want to take revenge on them.

Recently had taken package to Kashmir.
The whole tour was organised in a very very bad manner.
1 The train southern star in which the tour was organised was arrived at the station white field from where I got into the train.

The compartment was very unhygienic the mineral water bottles package thrown every were around the compartment.
The curtains of the second A.C coach I traveled was very dirty bad in hygiene.
Literally we need to clean the seats with sanitizer before we could occupy the seats.
The toilets were very bad and there was no ring in the potty seat if the comoud.
More important through out our journey from Bangalore to Katara JK there was no water in the toilet.
There was no higher staffs of the tour operator to give complaints the only person answering to all our complaints was the security .

The food supplied in the train was below hygiene standards the food was kept in open container close to the toilet .

Most important the food supply time was erratic sometimes the food was supplied at 11 pm in the night.

2 .On alighting from the train we were transfered in a bus to proceed to Srinagar ..
The manager gave us food packets to eat on the running bus.
Even in spite of request to stop the bus for few minutes so that we can eat our lunch and proceed your staff didn't oblige.

This treatment is intolerable.

The tour manager was a dummy piece and didn't know anything nor answered any queries perhaps he has been trained like that by the company not yo answer any questions and stay aloof.

We dint eat the food given and returned it back.

3 .The bus reached our hotel designated at Srinagar around 11 pm in the night.
When we reached the hotel the dinner was not ready so we slept without dinner.

The hotel was worse than a two star lodge.

The food served in the hotel no hygiene standards were followed the tables were not cleaned .

in a small room nearly 100 people were served food.

4 .I discontinued my trip at Amristar took a flight back to bangalore.
Looking back it's such a bad experience and I never want to do it again.

5 . When people take 55000/- from a person for the trip we expect some quality .
Here it's been a waste of money and nightmare.

6. Being a senior citizen with heart problems we expect food to be given in time here non has been followed.
Several days we have gone without food because of the erratic time schedule maintained in supply of food .

The tours are not fit for senior citizens..no help in any way provided by the operators. The railway coaches are not checked for use prior to use for your. No curtains toilets are dirty stinking. No tissue paper. The non AC bus in hills is dirty. Breaks down. Food in train just ok
It's better to travel by sir. These tours are fit for ghose willing to travel in three tier AC. The managers are only in paper never seen
Fooling people in the name of Bharat gaurav Yatra. Will take it up with PM's office and see some action taken
