I recently had a disappointing experience at Tibet Momo in Kolathur. I wanted to place a take-away order, but unfortunately, the employee I interacted with was quite irresponsible and unhelpful.

When I arrived at the restaurant, I expressed my desire to pay either with cash or card. However, to my surprise, the employee insisted that I make the payment through UPI (Unified Payments Interface) only. This was problematic for me as I preferred other payment methods. I explained that I would like to pay with cash or card, but the employee seemed unable to understand my request due to their lack of knowledge of the local language or English.

To make matters worse, when I requested to pay with cash or card, I was informed that the restaurant did not have a card machine or the appropriate change to accept cash. As a result, I was told that they couldn't provide me with the food I wanted to order. This left me feeling frustrated and disappointed.

The lack of payment options and the employee's inability to communicate effectively made the situation extremely difficult. It is disheartening when a restaurant is unable to accommodate different payment preferences or overcome language barriers to ensure a smooth and pleasant customer experience.

I hope that Tibet Momo takes this feedback constructively and works on improving their payment methods and training their employees to communicate effectively in multiple languages. A more customer-oriented approach and flexibility in payment options would greatly enhance the overall dining experience at Tibet Momo in Kolathur.

Extremely disappointed by their services ,Bit higher the price and quantity also less, taste is okey,but they dont have most of the item in the menu if you ask anything other than momos they dont have wont recommend to eat here

Momos were yummy. They didn't have dragon panner in their menu but since we asked they cooked it for us. And it was delicious. Great service.
