My experience with the hospital visit is worst. The receptionist is very rude and couldn't answer basic queries. Also she couldn't communicate or understand basic English. I was more surprised as the hospital is demanding only cash. They will not give any receipt for the amount what ever we paid. They are not accepting any cards or online payments in a city like chennai. Waiting tym is too long on an average of 2 hrs. Even though you visit on the next day for any query they are charging full consultation fee.

One of the best Ortho Clinic. Dr. LN sir took 10 to 15 minutes average for every patients... Waiting is worth & He answered all questions very soft & polite.... However, Un happy with service of physiotherapist and reception staff's....
Just 5 mins for exercise teaching he charged 300 rs.Even, I asked twice about charges before teaching excercise he hesitate to answer.... And Reception staff's little rude behaviour to patients & attenders which is not good....
15 mins of doctor consultation 400 rs
5 mins of exercise teaching 300 rs...

Dr. LakshmiNarayanan is the Chief doctor in orthopedics here. He is so much friendly to his patients. I'm recommending Dr. LN for any orthopedics consultations.
