The place is quite small to occupy more than 5-6 persons. Got my order quickly. The Frankie was stuffed nicely with chicken, it tasted good and fulfilled the stomach for sure at moderate price. There also beverages available here. Staffs behaviour were nice.

Had butter chicken Frankie. Food taste is good. Hygiene is not in best standards. Price is bit high.

I had chance to taste the some of frankie items both VEG as well as NON VEG items from Tibbs Frankie in Chennai in the recent past one month.
The taste is OK but
NOT upto the tradename but at the same time the price not worthy and to be reduced as items prepared just like road side shops.
Reasons.
1.Sappathi s are not made fresh one , it seems sappathis prepared earlier and at the time of order , again heated and rolled as per requirentment like chettinadu, BBQ etc.
2.Keema, chettinadu all are in a plastic covers only(Naturally keema, etc after prepation transferred i.e.naturally with HOT only to plastic covers which is NOT hygiene one.( these plastic stored items transferred to ever silver utensils at the outlets as when requited)
3.These stored (in plastic cover) items
if became excess after closing hours on that day, certainly it seems these excess items stored in Refrigerator and 100% every chance to reheat and re use on the next day.

On ur cover itself mentioned that a) BEST IF CONSUMED WITHIN TWO HOURS shows items quality.
2) Place on a PAN and not in the microwave- what is reason for this.
Overall ONLY the name,
but
NOT hygiene,
HIGH price
just like road side shop in a room
Without knowing people are coming and eating.
Take this feed back in a positive sense and
i) improve the hygiene as well as ii) quality and
3. Reduce the price.
