Caution: Do not step into this acclaimed 4 ⭐ hotel even if you don't have an option. Our company recently hosted a team lunch at Cafe Treat and was exposed to a shockingly pathetic experience. I am not leaving here, if you expect a menu card or a bar code to browse the menu, you'll be greeted with a hand written menu in a piece of a paper. The best part the hotel decided to circulate the piece of paper to hunger starved customers who unknowingly decided to spend on a meal.

The limited menu was horrific, rotten fish fingers, a stale cold biriyani, a chicken dish that bettered the rest and starters was just fine.

And now coming to the service, it just couldn't get more comic. We see the hospitality staff walking in blazers with blindfolds. They were least concerned on the hunger driven customers waiting endlessly for their order nor didn't bother to check on their customers. The service guys were much better than the rest of the lot., As they were the ones who took the brunt of the customer.

Finally a bill that leaves you frustrated and a you walk away with a feeling having a "Bad Day"

The worst food experience in Chennai (bad food and bad service). I would leave zero stars if I could.
