Doctor Ravi is talented but other staff are very unfriendly, front office receptionist behave rudely and react like ????.There are no canteen in this hospital, Air conditioner was not working at that time ,don't bring your kids along with you, no proper communication and coordination between Dr and staff and patients,very horrible experience I have got last year but due to Doctor Ravi ,I had referred my in laws recently but senior Dr KK Ramalingam couldn't diagnose her properly and they went to Apolo hospital and returned home with satisfaction. Apolo Hospital Chennai ,is the best .

Doctors are amazing here.

But lacks basic amenities like no canteen, no valet parking.

Receptionist are unfriendly.i understand hospital is busy but i think its their duty.

Waiting hall in first floor ac not working.

No step by step information given, like which floor to go for operation. In early morning no receptionist are available which is a bad thing for a famous hospital like this. This lead us to search each floor for some hospital person that wher we need to go.

Only saviour are the doctors here.

Operations went well. Best skilled doctors for ENT.After operation response is also amazing. Must recommend for ENT. I faced some issue for medical insurance claim but the hospital team and specially Dr. Ravi Ramalingam Cooperated well to get it resolved.
