The only con of visiting this store is that you'll end up spending a lot. They have a good range of accessories and gifts. The staff is welcoming and friendly. You can try before you buy too. They provide the license card and one year warranty for the Swarovski stones.

Such a bad service that they provided me and my friend. When we enter the store both the employee are in phone call didn’t even say a hi or hello… the staff behaviour was like we will not buy so that they will not show the things … such a bad service ever I had .

I was little skeptical about buying fancy jewelry at such price but it was only because of the service Provided by Meenu and Shanavaz I ended up purchasing. When I made first call, Meenu was kind enough to understand my requirement and took efforts to share all products in my price range. This avoided me visiting store and saved 3 hours of mine. Later once I short listed, I visited for buying and Shanavaaz who was extremely courteous was patient and again showed all possible options for me to choose from. I spent almost 1 hour with him and he never became impatient and was very friendly. If it was not for Shanavaaz and Meenu, I might not have purchased anything.. Cheers
