WARNING: This place has a filthy lady who works on installing screen protector. She is using one opened package of Flashguard, and cheats everyone saying that she is giving them discounted price from 2500 to 1500. She already has a pack of low quality screen protectors that were already opened to show to the customers. She gives you a handwritten bill just to escape billing of the original barcode of the package that she uses to fake the price.
Beware of these scoundrels. The lady just has no idea on cleaning the screen. After asking for a printed invoice, she asked the manager/the guy in the billing area, if they can bill. Turns out he stressed that every customer has to get an invoice from them. It appears that this fraudulent is going on behind the doors.

These people think so high of themselves! I would suggest not to visit this showroom!! Would keep filing complaints every week on them. Quotes a price and wouldn't deliver the product. Wont answer the call after promising to deliver. Will not call back for courtesy to inform that they couldn't come. Wouldn't give service and wouldnt let me get the product from any other branch of Poorvika. Certainly very cheap of the apple sale person and the manager.

Most useless and horrible service given by these people! Tried to exchange my phone and get iPhone 14 pro. They harassed me and made me loose my mental peace for four days to get the phone and ended up not giving the phone. am I getting the phone for free? No! Why would they treat customers with such low morals? Tried to get the phone from other branch and they deliberately held on to the phone so that I can't get the phone. I want to file a complaint with police.
