Fraud people.. i booked 2 tickets.. 4 days before the travel their staff called me and said my tickets where cancelled.. i asked for a refund.. they told me they will refund within 2 days.. I called after 3 days and asked for the update.. the staff was rude and asked me to call to the number to which I gpay the amount(after that the staff didn't even attend my call). I called the gpay number.. he told me he will pay after another 3-4 days.. I called him after 3 days (from that day he began to feed me lies. That he is busy, he is in a meeting, his funds are stuck that's why he is not able to make payments.) I went directly to the office 3 times then also he was saying the same things and was asking more time to refund my amount. After 2 weeks of his lame excuses I was frustrated and went to the office and found out that his office was shut for 2 days continuously and lots of people were coming regarding the same issue like me. At that time there where 2 people who got cheated like this and we called this man threatened that we will file a complaint against him on police.. he was frightened because there where more people and he asked us to come the next day and don't come in group and all.. but we didn't go from there and asked our money asap.. finally he refunded my money back.. because he felt that as there were more people we might go to the police. I don't know what happened to other people's money.. but i found out there where so many people who face the same issues..so beware of the company..

We have booked the tickets for 8 members paid the money too nearly 20K. Day before the travel they are telling us We didn't receive the tickets from tirupati for us. It happened three months before till now they didn't refund the money and cheating us.. don't believe this CHEATING travel. There are other good travel service.. never ever believe this SWARNANDHRA TRAVELS.

There is no option for 0. So I gave 1 star. Luckily we got a darshan even book in this travels. They collected 90% amount. We booked tempo traveler for tirupati. It is a package tour including bf and lunch. They sent bad condition van. It didn't not by itself. Some people had pushed and then started. It happened in every stop. They didn't provide bf and lunch. Tickets names adhae numbers everything they messed. Highlight was if switch on the head light the van can't start. So we stayed and caught another cab to return from there. Worst. Ivan lam edhuku transport vachi irukan. All are affected who booked a ticket here. Ivan lam police la complain panni ulla thala nu. Idhu forgery
