Booked a personal cab to Turpathi for 6 members. Tickets were provided the night before travel. Hence, Unable to take printout and they had their known shop in thirupati who charged 20 rs per page.
Food was not upto the mark, except for pongal which was good.
The driver was attending multiple calls while driving, used WhatsApp while driving and called ppl and conversed(can retrieve his call and data details and verify).
The cost was all inclusive but the guide insisted to pay 100rs tirupati. The guide just told where to enter and which way to exit while breakfast and didn't do anything else.
He was supposed to be there when we returned so we can call our driver (who was parked elsewhere which had our cell phones and personal belongings). But gudie was not available there. We had to ask fellow public and made the call.
The driver while going to tirupati hesitated to stop for tea break stating we would delay though we had 2 hrs+ time. But on return he voluntarily stopped for tea and chit chatted with fellow agent drivers there for 30mins.
Only good part was we had a good darshan in both temple (TTD and Padmavati).
We booked on Thursday for netra darisanam, agency said guide will tell us about it and guide said we have no info of that. Not sure what it was till end).

Worst experience of AP tourism! Kindly requesting anyone not to ever choose this.
Had a very bitter experience of journey from Chennai to Tirupati. 5 buses were changed on the whole. Money taken for AC bus and only Non AC was given. Poor food was provided. Seat no 4 was allocated for me and it was very poorly maintained, that particular seat is supposed to be the bed for driver. I had completely no leg room to even keep my leg down. Money was taken for 300 Rs ticket and we were let inside free Darshan queue. One of the worst experience I've ever had.
The admin of AP tourism was extremely rude and does not have courtesy to pick the call and when picked the most meanest replies were given not consideing the elders and the children in the bus.

AP TOURISM AT ITS WORST !!!

On 11th April 2022 our family engaged one 12 seater van with AC to go to Tirumala for darshan (Packaged tour) through SWARNANDRA TOURS & TRAVELS, T Nagar Chennai 17. They promised the following::
1) Pick up from home and back
2) Guide at Tirumala
to help tonsure, handing over tkt
3) Morning tiffin and lunch in good restaurants like Bhimas etc.
4) Good decent van.

But what happened to us in reality is narrated as under::

1) The travels till 10th April night didn't care to inform about arrival of Van, timing etc. We had to contact innumerable times over phone to know the arrangements. The travels at last gave a driver's mobile very late evening, to get fixed the pick up etc.
When we contacted the driver said there was no call for them from the Travels and that they wanted Rs 5000 extra amount over and above the total amount as appeared in the receipt of travels. We had to pay that extra.
2) The van stopped for tiffin at a sub standard hotel called Arya Bhavan near Tirutani. They could have provided decent food in nearby Tamil Nadu Tourism Hotel.
3) The driver showed his hand and directed us for reaching tonsure place.
4) We met the guide who handed over tickets to us and wanted us to make him bakshis payment.
5) After darshan the driver asked us to collect ladoos ourselves.
6) The driver said we had to have our lunch at 4 pm in one Balaji Restaurant at the Hills itself. When we confronted him saying we cannot take food at the hills and immediately climb down (which will induce vomit) and that we were told that we would be provided food at Bhimas at Tirupathi, the driver said he couldn't help in the matter. We refused to take food at the Hill and straight we went to Bhimas. We provided food to Driver also.
7) And lastly, the van was so dirty and uncleaned. Even several empteed water bottles were not removed.
So sad a picture .
When we confronted the Travels on return no positive response from them.
We can not give even Poor rating to this Travels. Only + point was Mr. Raj was a good and efficient Driver.
