I recently ordered a parcel of biryani, and unfortunately, I was left quite disappointed with the overall experience.

Firstly, while the quantity of the biryani was sufficient, it was one of the few positives in this experience. The taste was lackluster, failing to meet the expectations one has for a good biryani. The flavors were bland, and the spices seemed to be missing, resulting in a rather ordinary culinary experience.

The Chicken 65 was another letdown. While it was tender, the coating lacked the expected crispiness.

One glaring issue was the plastic cover packaging. Not only does it contribute to environmental concerns, but it also reflects a lack of consideration for sustainability. This aspect alone would make it difficult for me to recommend this place to others.

In conclusion, this food experience fell short of expectations on multiple levels. From taste to value to packaging, there were consistent disappointments that make it hard for me to give a positive review.

I bought 10 Biryanis from this outlet for a family ceremony. Unfortunately this is one of the worsttttt ever biryani i have ever tasted in my lifetime. I have tried biryanis from 100's of outlets, out of all I will never have the feel to rate this outlet and the served biryani even 1 star. I would love to give even minus star. Over and above I wanted to talk about the qty of spices that was put oh God I had to spend some 10 mins in only picking up the spices only such yucky experience. Next is the color and the flavour of biryani which is the most important thing for a biryani. Color was such that once you see it just you want to throw it to bin. but just because you spent amount on it and is food I had to eat. Coming to the taste, words cannot explain the Feeling that I had in eating it. It was such an experience that I don't ever want to even hear someone say this brand name. Coming to the service, the north Indian buggers who do the needful, are thinking that they are the owners and buyers are all stealing their property is the feel they give and they give a feel that we are here to eat in their livelihood and they are doing charity is the impression that they give. Overall a day to forget for the biryani i and my family had. Never ever again. Thanks.

Food is not good. Only fried rice is ok. That too very spicy for most people. Other items taste not so good for the price we pay.
