I was advised to undergo ACL surgery for a cyst in my knee around 2019. Around that time ,Peak Health Studio was opened at West Mambalam by Mr.Rupesh and Mr.Shakthin ,both famous Sports Physiotherapists. Mr.Rupesh at Peak adviced us to go for Rehab sessions. Mr.Jai prepared the exercise schedule to strengthen my knee.Its been more than 3 years and now I am continuing at Peak for Strength training. They have a clear exercise regimen for each client and are a very dedicated team.They(Mr.Jai,Ms.Aarthi,Ms.Revathi )are always approachable and never hesitate to help us.Their kind words and helpful nature makes them a class apart from others.May they continue their good work to many people down the years.

Visited Peak health studio for my shoulder pain and post maternity fitness. Excellent service for fitness training and was fully satisfied with the treatment for pain too. They have wonderful online classes also. Much recommended fitness place.
