Very bad experience. Although room was good from its price point of view, service was a disaster. No room service was available, not even drinking water. You need to take it on your own from dispenser kept in the lobby or buy bottles from outside. Intercom not working at all. When I asked for towel, the reception lady asked me to take it on my own from reception. Very disappointing. Only good thing about this place is the breakfast served by the Restaurant.

If there was 5+ rating....I would have rated without any hesitation. The best hotel I have ever visited . Staff is polite and helpful.

Food was awesome in genuine price range.

This is one of the terrible hotel experience that i ever had in my life, While entering the receptionist is so rude and yelling at us saying we don't accept OYO booking tarrif has changed. We had to pay him directly and avail room. Floor stinks so bad like you can't stay in the floor for a minute. It's kinda very old hotel built 30-40 years ago. AC won't work, there is TV but no connection. No water provided. No room service, no brush and soaps. Room smells so bad. Beds give you back pain in 2 hours. No one answers your call if you have any requirement of emergency. No complimentary breakfast. Bathroom is so bad and poorly maintained. No cleanliness, and you smell cigerette everywhere. I suggest to take a walk and look for another hotel as there are many hotels nearby but not available on Google search and i got fooled by the image they added thinking it is some kinda good and nice hotel. They are fraudsters.
