I can say one of the Worst theatre of Chennai.
Recently watched the movie "viduthalai".
Considering the following respects i am judging this theatre as the worst,
1). AC chillness was too low due to this issue we had severe sweating. No fans operated.
2). There was a very dirty flow and bad smell in the entire theatre especially on the balcony.
3). The men's restrooms are in very bad condition. Urinary basins are leaking it causes urine spilling on the floor. This is a very severe hygiene issue.
4). Seating comfort is not good. Very congested.
5). Finally there are no people to handle this issue or to communicate the issue.

No-maintenance, low class-low fare theatre. Spiderwebs and last show trash all over the place. Air-conditioning is very chill and the ceiling fans are always ON. Have to pay ₹30 for car parking without management’s permission i assume. When i asked for change, the fee collector boy said “i cannot go inside because owner is there”.
Both ladies and gents Washrooms are in pathetic condition like public toilets in bus-stands. Screen and sound quality is average. Seating comfort is ok.
Average quality Snacks, salty popcorn and coffee available at interval time at a reasonable price.

Theatre is so good and big screen .
It's good to watch any film with good sound effect.
Only concern is bathroom is not good.
They need to have cleaned and neat bathroom.
I never used bathroom there due to not good.
