Visited this store after many years as we have moved out of the country. The shopping experience was pleasant and fulfilling. Pretty decent collection of dresses, inner wear's, and sarees.
The entire staff team is friendly and works as a team which is definitely a game changer. I was super impressed with the restrooms which were super clean, neat, and loaded with tissue papers.
Thanks to the management and team for making this possible. You have definitely set yourself as a store which is unique and unbeatable!

I recently visited Naidu Hall in T Nagar with the intention of buying just one saree, but I ended up having a great shopping experience thanks to their sales representative, Durga. She went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service, helping me find sarees within my budget and searching through countless racks. Naidu Hall has done a great job in selecting and training their staff, and I must say, I'm impressed. I'm now a loyal member of the Imperial Club at Naidu Hall, and every time I visit, my first task is to find Durga. Thank you, Naidu Hall and Durga, for making my shopping experience so memorable!
