It was earlier a bigger place , better collection and may be they had a bigger heart then. Things have changed and they are in a smaller place now and meaner . We had many number of times exchanged diamond jewels at very reasonable exchange rates here, but this time it was a shocker , the stud bought here for about 88k a year back was estimated for 32k for exchange. The screw broke and the reason for exchange. Not explaining in detail I stop here. If this is the norm and they were right about the exchange rate then we should think twice in buying diamonds in the first place..

Kerala jewellers is always favourable for customer centric service. They have defined policy very well and are following accordingly. Pondy bazaar branch always has a lot of collections compared to any other branch in Chennai.
