**Stale food

I ordered 6pc medu vada recvd without sambar and a small packet of coconut chutney ( sufficient for one vada only ). After complaining to swiggy started eating the vada to my surprise the vada batter was old so called up the restaurant he offered me compensation and I requested bill amount Rs 110 so he gpay me instantly.

I am shocked to see reviews here mentioning stale food and crow feather in sambar rice the same had been complained to FSSAI.

Food is good, they are having parking facility also. Wheelchair accessible is not there. Takeaway and dining also available. Service is slow. Ice cream also available. Only veg is available. Having a big place to eat with family. Chutney and kurma is good. Dosa we can try do dinner. That is good in this hotel..

Would have given a 0 star but there's no option. God only knows how this pathetic restaurant still operates in the city. This restaurant is totally unfit to be in the food service industry. Had a very bad experience when I ordered food here through Swiggy. First of all, idly
in the breakfast combo was made using old/sour batter. It tasted so bad. The combo also had a missing item for which I didn't receive a refund from Swiggy. Secondly, the restaurant's menu says "south Indian filter coffee". But what I received was coffee made using Bru instant coffee powder. This restaurant simply cheats the customer in the name of food. They don't attend the calls too. On top of that, Swiggy cleverly tells us that the food quality is not their responsibility. This restaurant's service is appalling, so is their food. I do not have a clue how these so-called "food delivery apps" allow this restaurant to be on their platform. Swiggy and Zomato's motive is just to earn money. They don't care about the customers at all. Otherwise, they would've removed this Mambalam Annalakshmi restaurant from their platform. Worst hotel in Chennai.
