Good collection of clothes but staff are rude and billing line cue is long but staff are not taking action and wait time is 45 mins just for billing.

Every staff’s at billing center standing idle… only 2 systems were working out of 7… worst experience here… everyone is waiting so long in the queue, but no one took action to clear the queue in the billing center #Lifestyle should take necessary actions

I visited the store at express avenue and I found the experience totally disappointing
They don’t value customer and their time
Billing counters and overflowing with people still they have only 2 counters wit stafff whole rest of counters are closed
On a Sunday when crowd is expected they work like this.
the staffs simply chat amongst themselves and are of no help to customers
