I joined my daughter ,she is 11 years. It's almost 9 months since she started training. Initially I use to sit and wait for her, because being a girl i was worried of her safety. But later i stopped waiting ,by the second month i understood that she was bold enough to be by herself and is in safe hands. Most importantly, her coach Mr. Saravanan who is really a talented and a very capable young man , takes good care of girls. It's a safe environment for girls. It's nice to see many girls take up kick boxing. Mr.saravana, is strict, expects discipline, tries to bring out the best in his students. Infact I am motivated to join ,seeing his efforts. I also am happy to see many young working and college girls doing training for self defence. Now I see very small boys take up the training. My daughter has reduced her weight and looks fit. Since the date she joined, she has no much time to sit idle with her mobile phone. She too feels proud that she is the first student in her school to take up kick boxing. Now I have the confidence to send my daughter alone. Good job ,coach Saravanan.

A perfect place for endurance training and to learn boxing. Coach Saravanan is very knowledgeable and has a great knack to teach it beginners as well as to someone who is in good in boxing.

A good place to learn kickboxing and achieve our fitness goals. Coach is friendly, encouraging and great at training. I could see noticable improvements in my physical fitness within 3 months of training here. Would definitely recommend.
